Our company does not handle the booking of the reservations, as it is done with another travel agency, therefore we do not have booking details. Please do not send questions asking for information on available dates and locations. When you redeem your certificate you will receive a reservation form in the mail. You will use this form to book your reservations, the travel agency will be listed on it.

The offer is based on availability, so the hotel that you receive will depend upon which hotel is available for the travel dates that you choose. Accommodations are only booked with quality hotels in and around the main tourist areas of the destination.
 
You can also get answers to your questions on your certificate. Questions submitted that are already answered on your certificate or on our FAQ page will not receive a reply due to time management guidelines.
