Free  Airfare - Companion Flies Free

This certificate is redeemable for a reservation form, entitling your customers to receive a complimentary companion airfare with purchase of a qualifying airfare through a fulfillment travel center. Coach and first class tickets are available for travel within the Continental United States, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean, Hawaii and International destinations.

The minimum available published airfare must meet with the Minimum Fare Requirement schedule shown below. The minimum fares stated are base fares. Base fare is defined as the cost of travel excluding all applicable taxes and fees, including the U.S. Transportation tax, airport facility charges, security fees and fuel surcharges. Applicable taxes and fees apply to both the purchased full fare and complimentary companion ticket.

MINIMUM FARE REQUIREMENTS FOR FIRST TICKET:

Coach Class within the Continental United States and Canada: $379

Coach Class to Mexico, Caribbean, and Hawaii: $695

International destinations: $1199

First Class To All Destinations: $1399. Travel in First Class from California to Hawaii is only available from Los Angeles, San Jose or San Francisco.

Published rates that are below the Minimum Fare Requirements do not qualify for this offer. One of the travelers must be at least 21 years of age at the time of booking. Both travelers must have proper identification available at airport check-in.

Reservation requirements apply to both tickets and include; itineraries must be identical, minimum 21 days advance purchase, roundtrip tickets only, Saturday night stay required and a maximum stay of 30 days. Some destinations may require a Friday overnight stay. The fulfillment travel center will determine the airline and routing from the airport closest to your gateway city. Flight selection is based on availability of specific classes of service at the time of reservation.

Flights may be difficult or impossible to obtain during major holiday periods. A $9.95 ticketing fee applies to all tickets issued and all reservations are electronically ticketed. You will receive your Companion Airfare reservation form within 1-2 weeks. After receiving the form, a $10 registration fee is required to register the form with the fulfillment travel center. Customer will have one year from the issue date on their reservation form to book the reservations.

To redeem the certificate, the customer simply mails or faxes it in with a $30.00 processing, postage and handling fee to receive their reservation form. They can also redeem their certificate online at the following web site: www.vacationincentivesusa.com/freecompanionair.htm. Simple redemption instructions are clearly printed on each certificate. There's even a phone number they can call with any questions.

The certificate is the size of a standard 8 1/2 by 11 paper when printed. Near the top of the certificate it will say “Compliments of”. When you place your order you will specify what you would like to have printed there; such as “Compliments of” your name, business name, web site address etc.

Your certificate has a Gold border. Click here to see a sample of what the certificate looks like. You may choose not to have a border. You also have the option of redesigning or creating your own certificate as long as all of the original language is present and not altered. Certificates with altered terms and/or language will not be honored or redeemed.

· Unlimited Printing of the Certificate: When you purchase this certificate, you will have the ability to print an unlimited number of certificates to hand to your customers. There is no limit on how many certificates you print. You can print the certificates from your home or office computer as often as you want and as many certificates as you need. Or you can just print one certificate and have copies made at a print shop.

 

· Personalization of Certificate: You can personalize the certificate to include your business name and/or website address. Keeps your company name in front of your customers eyes.
