This certificate is redeemable for a reservation form, offering a 4 day, 3 night cruise for two adults, based on double occupancy. All the meals and exciting shipboard entertainment are included during the cruise.

Accommodations are for an entry level cabin. Upgrades to a more spacious cabin with ocean views are available for a surcharge at time of booking. Passengers must be 21 years of age or older and possess a major credit card. A minimum of 60 days advance notice is required.

At the time of booking your reservations with the fulfilling travel agency, you are responsible for port charges, cruise taxes and an accommodations fee of $249 per person, double occupancy, port/service fee, and cruise taxes, for a total reservations payment of $498.00 paid to the fulfillment travel center that will book your reservations. Seasonal reservations may require a surcharge.

You may choose the 4-Day cruise with departures from Port Canaveral, FL; Miami, FL; or Los Angeles, CA. Airline tickets, airport transfers, and miscellaneous expenses are not included. This offer is for the cruise only. Selected sailings are available on a year round basis, with a surcharge per person for peak season and holiday sailings, where available.

Cabins for third and fourth persons, when available, must be purchased directly with the fulfilling travel agency at the time of booking, at the published brochure rates from specific cruise lines. At the time of booking, payment of government taxes, transfers, and any optional upgrades are required. Cruise reservations are based on availability.

To redeem the certificate, the customer simply mails or faxes it in with a $40.00 processing, postage and handling fee (paid with this certificate) to receive their reservation form to book reservations. The certificate can also be redeemed at www.vacationincentivesusa.com/bahamasvacation.htm. Simple redemption instructions are clearly printed on each certificate.

The certificate is the size of a standard 8 1/2 by 11 paper when printed. Near the top of the certificate it will say “Compliments of”. When you place your order you will specify what you would like to have printed there; such as “Compliments of” your name, business name, web site address, etc.
