CERTIFICATE DETAILS:
This certificate is redeemable for a reservation form, entitling two adults and two children to enjoy 3 fun-filled days and 2 exciting nights of hotel accommodations.
This certificate is redeemable for a reservation form, offering three days and two nights hotel accommodations for two (2) adults and two (2) children. Arrival date is valid seven days a week. Arrival date must be a minimum of 30 days in advance. This offer is valid for two adults and up to two children under the age of 16. Adults must be at least 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and major credit card as a matter of hotel policy.
This offer does not include food, transportation, room taxes, tips, telephone calls or any item of a personal nature. A US $50 refundable deposit is required and paid for when you book your accommodations with the fulfillment travel center that will handle your reservations. The deposit is refunded to you by the fulfillment travel center after travel has been completed less a ten-dollar reservation fee.
This offer is not valid for group travel or for
attending a convention. No pets allowed. All reservations are
subject to availability, and are limited during peak season,
holidays and weekends. The hotel that you receive depends upon
which hotel is available for the travel dates you choose.
Accommodations for extra nights are available for an additional
fee. You will have one year from the issue date of your
reservation form to travel.
The fulfillment
travel center reserves the right to offer an alternate travel
date, property and or destination.
To redeem the certificate, the customer simply mails or
faxes it in with a $40.00 processing, postage and handling fee
to receive their reservation form. They can also redeem their
certificate online at
www.vacationincentivesusa.com/fantasticvacation.htm. Simple redemption instructions are clearly
printed on each certificate.
The certificate is the size of a standard 8 1/2 by 11 paper when printed. Near the top of the certificate it will say “Compliments of”. When you place your order you will specify what you would like to have printed there; such as “Compliments of” your name, business name, web site address etc.
Your certificate has a Gold border. Click here to see a sample of what the certificate looks like. You may choose not to have a border. You also have the option of redesigning or creating your own certificate as long as all of the original language is present and not altered. Certificates with altered terms and/or language will not be honored or redeemed.
$34.99 annual fee for this certificate includes the following:
· Unlimited Printing of the Certificate: When you purchase this certificate, you will have the ability to print an unlimited number of certificates to hand to your customers. The certificate is the size of a standard 8 1/2 by 11 paper when printed. There is no limit on how many certificates you print. You can print the certificates from your home or office computer as often as you want and as many certificates as you need. Or you can just print one certificate and have copies made at a print shop.
