CERTIFICATE DETAILS:
This certificate is redeemable for a reservation form, entitling two adults to enjoy 3 fun-filled days and 2 exciting nights of hotel accommodations based on double occupancy at one of 500 fantastic locations.
REBATES: At this time recipients will also
receive a rebate of up to $30.00 towards dinner and $30.00
towards gasoline. These rebates are only available in
conjunction with completed vacation travel. They will receive
their rebates after their vacation travel has been completed.
All travel requires a minimum of 60 days booking notice
prior to your requested travel date, and must be completed with
12-months of the registration date that will be listed on your
reservation form. Check in is available Sunday to Wednesday
only. You must select a destination that is at least 100 miles
from your residence. Travel is not permitted for 7 days before,
after or on any State, Provincial or Federal Holiday. Passengers
must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license
and a major credit card (MasterCard or Visa).
Additional
occupants may travel for a surcharge, subject to availability.
Group travel of 2 or more reservation forms is not permitted.
Only one reservation form per household may be used in a twelve
(12) month period. Once reservations are confirmed, a service
fee will be levied for all changes, cancellations or no-shows,
in addition to charges levied by the property or travel service
provider, if applicable.
At the time of booking your reservations with the
fulfillment travel center, all accommodations are subject to
their availability and promotions inventory. The fulfillment
travel center reserves the right to offer an alternate travel
date, property and or destination.
The recipient is responsible
to pay for all expenses including, but not limited to:
transportation, transfers, food, gratuities, a US $50
reservation deposit for pertinent fees and taxes in the form of
an International Money Order prior to having reservations
confirmed, and any miscellaneous expenses, where applicable.
To redeem the certificate, the customer simply mails or
faxes it in with a $40.00 processing, postage and handling fee
to receive their reservation form. They can also redeem their
certificate online at
www.vacationincentivesusa.com/fantasticvacation.htm. Simple redemption instructions are clearly
printed on each certificate.
The certificate is the size of a standard 8 1/2 by 11 paper when printed. Near the top of the certificate it will say “Compliments of”. When you place your order you will specify what you would like to have printed there; such as “Compliments of” your name, business name, web site address etc.
Your certificate has a Gold border. Click here to see a sample of what the certificate looks like. You may choose not to have a border. You also have the option of redesigning or creating your own certificate as long as all of the original language is present and not altered. Certificates with altered terms and/or language will not be honored or redeemed.
$34.99 annual fee for this certificate includes the following:
· Unlimited Printing of the Certificate: When you purchase this certificate, you will have the ability to print an unlimited number of certificates to hand to your customers. The certificate is the size of a standard 8 1/2 by 11 paper when printed. There is no limit on how many certificates you print. You can print the certificates from your home or office computer as often as you want and as many certificates as you need. Or you can just print one certificate and have copies made at a print shop.
